This giveaway is sponsored by Lolli Soda LLC, located at 3007 Washington Blvd STE 220, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of Texas, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on April 3, 2026 at 12pm CST and ends on May 20, 2026 at 11:59pm CST(“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To enter, scan the QR code available on in-store signage at participating locations, which will direct you to the Giveaway landing page. Complete the entry form by submitting your email address and any other required information.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Beats Solo by Dre valued at $199.99 and one (1) custom Lolli branded countertop cooler valued at $200.00, and complimentary cases of Lolli product valued at $50.00. Total Prize valued at $450.00. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will be conducted within 7 days of the end of the Giveaway Period. The potential winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within 10 days of the notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. This giveaway is limited to residents of Texas.

9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners including Spec’s Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the use or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:
Technical failures of any kind, Incomplete or inaccurate information, Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process, Lost, late, or misdirected entries.

Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://specsonline.com/legal/privacy-policy/.

11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
